This is a one-of-a-kind archival collection from SAW II, pulling directly from my personal director’s materials and the original production pipeline — a rare combination of creative, technical, and finished promotional elements all in one place.
At the center of this lot is a Production Art Package created by Production Designer David Hackl, offering a window into how the world of SAW II was physically conceived and built. These materials reflect the early visual language of the film — the tone, the texture, and the brutal practicality behind Jigsaw’s environments.
Also included are two original shot lists from my director’s folder, used during production. These are not reproductions — they are working documents, outlining coverage, camera setups, and scene execution as we planned and captured the film. It’s the closest thing to standing on set and seeing how the day was structured.
The lot also features:
• Original storyboards mapping out key sequences, giving insight into how tension, pacing, and reveals were visually designed before cameras rolled.
• A theatrical SAW II poster (signed) — representing the film as it was introduced to the world.
• A SAW II Blu-ray (signed) — a finished piece of the legacy this material helped create.
• Two Japanese lobby cards, showcasing the international marketing of the film, each with unique artwork and design sensibilities distinct from the U.S. campaign.
What makes this collection special is the range — it spans concept → planning → execution → release. From David Hackl’s production design work, to my personal shot lists, to the final marketing materials, this is a full-spectrum snapshot of SAW II coming to life.
Everything in this lot has been personally signed, making it not just a production archive, but a deeply personal piece of the film’s history.
These kinds of collections don’t usually survive intact — they get broken up, lost, or scattered across departments over time.
This one didn’t.
