While most copies of Spiral: From the Book of SAW were released without this artwork, a limited run featured Mr. Snuggles front and center: grotesque, absurd, and deliberately unsettling. It’s a piece of visual misdirection that perfectly captures what Spiral was doing—twisting the mythology, poking at the iconography, and daring the audience to follow it somewhere uncomfortable.
 
The slipcover is what makes this collectible.
It was printed in far smaller numbers than the standard release, pulled quickly, and never reissued. Most copies floating around now are bare cases. This one is intact.
