This is an original glossy lobby card featuring Luigi Largo from Repo! The Genetic Opera — designed in the bold, propaganda-inspired style that defined the film’s world.
 
The front showcases the iconic “Luigi Largo Says Donate!” artwork, styled as a Geneco organ donor campaign piece straight out of the Repo universe. The colors pop. The print is glossy. It feels like something that could have been plastered on the walls of the Genetic Opera itself.
 
Flip it over and you’ll find a full promotional print for an early screening event — a snapshot of the film’s grassroots era when Repo was building its cult following one midnight screening at a time. It’s a piece of the movement, not just the movie.
 
These were created in limited quantities and used for promotion. This one comes directly from my personal collection.
